Tribal Health EHR System Selection

A tribal health organization in Arizona needed to evaluate and select a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to support its clinical, operational, and regulatory needs. Paula served as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, guiding leadership through a structured, data‑driven process to assess current‑state workflows, define requirements, and identify the best‑fit solution for the organization’s long‑term goals.
