• Advancing innovation initiatives, including exploring interoperability with external organizations and implementing ambient listening AI into clinical workflows

• Enhancing clinical workflows and provider productivity through better use of Epic functionality and targeted system optimization supported by analytics

• Developing a multi‑year IT roadmap focused on modernization and sustainable technology investments

• Establishing formal IT governance, improving transparency and executive decision‑making

• Strengthening PMO operations, improving project intake, prioritization, and visibility
